There is almost no way to contact the store other than driving and going in. The phone number either doesn’t work or they’re just choosing not to pick up the phone. I called 20 times in a row and received no help, not even a pick up. I called the customer service line multiple times and all it says is I’m calling after hours when it is definitely Within hours. I have been to the store over six times in two months to solve issues and they never get solved. All I need is to know my prescription number. The online chat doesn’t work. I can’t sign into my account because my “ email is wrong “ They won’t pick up the phone. Customer service won’t answer the phone. I even tried to file a complaint with a manager and they didn’t answer the phone. I don’t see the point in having a phone number or a customer service line or anything at all if it doesn’t work. The people inside the store are rude and blame you for these issues. I just want my contact prescription That took almost 5 separate appointments to get correct, so I can go somewhere else. I know they just ignore the phone because when I spend an hour waiting to start my appointment I can hear it ring and it doesn’t get answered.

Only giving them 4 stars because it wasn't their fault locally, they had an issue with their point of sale software when I was checking out, and the associate had to call me later in the day to make a payment over the phone. Been a patient/customer at this location on and off for many years, and their use of remote doctors makes it quite interesting and seems more efficient than having only one or two on premises. All in all, was a good experience.
This appointment was for my granddaughter. We waited a bit for the exam but it wasn't terrible. The store was very busy. The exam went well and this week the glasses were in. Went over to pick up and got waited on by Terry Mitchell. Terry made sure the glasses fit properly and the script was correct. Terry gives exceptional customer service.
The staff is awesome. However, because of telehealth, everything is delayed. The past 3 times I’ve been here, I’ve waited hours to be looked at. I overheard one day, they canceled all remaining appointments because the system was down. Not sure why nothing is fixed or why they have telehealth and not actual doctors present anymore since there are multiple reviews of the same issues. If you are booking an appointment, expect to cancel all of your plans for the rest of the day.
Went there today as my glasses were not done the right way. I was there for almost three hours waiting, I got there at 3 was told there would be a 45 minute wait “ Okay that should be fine” is what I was thinking to myself. When the 45 minute wait was done, I got called in to the back to be talked to about my glasses got told OK yeah that should be fine. We can fix it. Went down and sit in the other area. Waited until about 5 o’clock to even be seen as I waited. There was other people getting called ahead of me. Who were there after I was. I was also there a few weeks ago and waited the same amount of time to get my eyes rechecked I was there for about the same amount of hours as I was before. I also mind not having an actual doctor in there, but this is just taking so much time out of people’s lives As they literally had to wait for an appointment and we’re told to wait 40 minutes to 3 hours if not longer that shouldn’t be how it works in a place of work where people need to get their glasses and all that, yes I understand the doctor that was previously there had a family emergency, but there should’ve been a replacement for him.
