This was my first eye exam in a very very long time. It was pretty quick for the most part. Everyone was well educated and professional and I picked out a really super cute pair of glasses that my insurance covers so overall definitely a good experience.

I waited 45-50 minutes past my appointment time and spent maybe five minutes with the doctor. That was the WORST and quickest eye exam I’ve ever experienced. No looking into the eyes with light, reading charts to see what line I could read, no dilation and no checking just the vision in each individual eye. I asked a question about persistent eye watering as he was walking away. Told me to use eye drops more frequently. I’m over 50 and actually wanted my eyes examined! I asked for my exam paperwork. Dr. wrote he offered the dilation exam and “patient declines”. The man barely uttered a couple words to me and DISCUSSED NOTHING! Paperwork talks about how I was counseled on astigmatism. That word only came up when I was asking the person in the front about information about my eyes because it was the worst “eye exam” I’ve ever had. What a scam falsifying paperwork about information that was not discussed with me. Paperwork also says an “orbital exam” was done. News to me. What can really be done and discussed in under 5 minutes when most the time, his back was turned to me while he looked at papers on the desk? The front area staff were friendly. But when they say insurance will cover a specific pair of frames, be prepared to still spend about $200 because of all the additional “fees” for lenses. I will not utilize this place again.

Worst eye doctor experience I've ever had. Waited over an hour past my appointment time only to see the doctor for less than five minutes. He didn't even ask about my current glasses and didn't check my reading vision. Don't waste your time at this place.

If I could give them 0 rating I would After getting to my appointment there is no Dr available. But I could wait a few hours for on screen appointment. Rude receptionist after me greeting her with a good morning. Her response was what do you need.

I had an excellent experience at Visionworks! The staff was professional and attentive from start to finish. There was little to no waiting, and the doctor assessed my vision accurately. The associates clearly explained all my options and recommended quality additional services without being pushy. Most importantly, they listened to what I wanted and took a personal interest in my situation. Thank you for making this a pleasant and stress-free experience—I highly recommend Visionworks!
