I’ve always had issues with seeing the eye doctors. From not being heard or doctors not caring about me as a patient. But Doctor Kathleen Nicholls is an angel sent. Took very good care of me, smiley and kind workers. You set the bar really high for what an eye doctors is supposed to be. Such easy appointments, and quick service but I wasn’t rushed. Made sure I understood what could be going on with my eyes. Thank you so much!!!!!

You guys were all great. My family has been getting our glasses there for years and everyone and the associate helping us are always so kind, helpful and really try their best to listen to make sure we get what we need. The process when I can in was fast and the associate that helped me was great. I don’t remember her name but she was very personable. I work in the medical field so I understand how it can be harder to give great patient care especially on days when I’m tired and it’s really busy. Thank you so much for your help and I definitely will be referring you guys to other people.

Michael was awesome and so helpful. He was very patient with helping me find a new pair of glasses. Dr.Nicholas was also very thorough with her exam and addresses all of my concerns.

LensCrafters Dewitt has two incredible opticians: Kayla and Jill. They are professional, kind, competent, and patient. They give excellent advice and service. They take time to explain lens options and pricing with kindness and patience. The overall service Kayla and Jill provide is truly outstanding. Thank you!
