America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Had a great experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. The doctor was very patient during the eye exam and clearly very knowledgeable in his field, which made the entire process comfortable and informative. Checking out was surprisingly pleasant as well thanks to Michael, who stayed professional while also being personable and genuinely funny with customers. Glad I came in — definitely a positive experience overall.

I just wanted to share the wonderful customer service with America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses! We went there to check the latest design for Eyeglasses! The moment we entered the store in Dewitt. We are greeted with smiles! We met Ms. Cece the store manager and Ms. Elyse. The place was neat and cleaned even there wash room was cleaned! Ms. Else walking around and show us the new latest Eyeglasses. My cousin got her new Eyeglasses in America's Best and the prices are reasonable! I told to Ms. Cece, next time l will get my Eyeglasses in American's Best! As per Ms. Cece they don't accept vision insurance but l can reimburse the money from my vision insurance. It was my 1st time to visit the America's Best store and We just passing by and for curiosity, we went inside the store! Thank you to Ms. Cece the store manager for your beautiful smile and customer service. The America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is highly recommended especially the prices of the Eyeglasses 🕶 cheaper than other stores!

I went to AB for the first time this week, and I was very impressed by the high quality service I received. My first encounter was with Kavery, who was very attentive, professional and friendly. Kavery gave me some eye tests and then guided me to Dr. Nwaezeapu. The doctor was thorough and very professional. I had to purchase glasses and AB had a nice variety. Kavery and Elyse guided me through options and pricing and helped me select frames. Elyse sat with me to figure out exactly what I needed. I left my appointment extremely satisfied and happy that I went to such a nice place with great staff! I highly recommend this place and I’m pretty sure this will be my new place for eye exams and glasses!

I hated my experience as soon as I walked in. There was an African American female tech that asked me how she can help. I told her I was in for an appt for my son. Nothing else was said so I assumed we just had to wait to be called. A few mins later another customer came in and she asked him what he was in for glasses or contacts and if he has insurance. She asked me none of those questions. We get called to the back have the exam done and that’s when a male tech let us know to pick glasses, I asked what my insurance would cover and provided what Insurance I had but tech was kind enough to tell me that my insurance carrier was not par with them even though it is the same type of insurance but they are not in contract specifically with mine. Had the lady asked me from the beginning we could’ve established all of that and I could’ve left and made an appointment elsewhere. The other techs exceptthis lady were great and the provider was great too!

Very flexible booking and if you get your eye exam there it's a minimal amount ($10-20) to join the Eye Care Club you get 6 exams free over 3years-- since my eyes change regularly and they take back (give credit to new Rx contact lenses)-- its the attention and care I need to stop struggling to get around without destroying my budget! The doc's explain what they are doing, the staff are WONDERFUL and attentive and they have a huge selection of frames and lenses. I love this store! Thanks everyone!
