The overall visit and care was professional and a welcoming experience from the moment I walked in and till I left the office. All the staff were wonderful to speak with and helped me with all my questions and concerns. The doctor was very informative and thorough. I was very grateful for her helping me understand the health of my eyes.

Went for a virtual apt, it was fine, got me in and out in no time. Everyone was lovely, however getting the actual glasses was a whole different story. I signed up for texts, cool, easy enough. Within 2 weeks, got a text saying 1 or more pairs of my order were ready, click the link for details. I did and it showed my order pending. Ok, I waited a few days, said the same. Waited another few days and called, automated system said they shipped would be 3-5 days, I waited a few more days, called again, now it’s over 3 weeks, called and talked to a person who said the glasses had been there & that I received a message saying so. Ok whatever, asked if I needed an apt to pick them up, said no. I got there at 9, was told I could pick them up but no one could adjust because they don’t come in for another 20 min because they worked until 7 the day before?!?! Customer service 2026, ugh

Everyone at this location is amazing! They are friendly and efficient and definitely great at their jobs. Autumn helped me out to find the perfect frames. She saw what I was gravitating towards and even went out of her way to pull some frames while I was doing my eye exam. She was honest as I tried on different colors and styles, and knowledgeable at her job. When it came time to pay, she helped me get the best deal my insurance would allow (she did that last time too). I would definitely reccomend this location for your vision needs!

Large guy with oiled/slicked back hair is incredibly incompetent. Chats away with 6 customers sitting waiting since he is apparently the only one who can adjust glasses and the other 3 staff can only handle checking people in and telling people to be seated. Waited over 30 minutes and he was with the same lady the entire time chatting (making small talk while she wavered on what kind of glasses she might like next time) attempting to flirt, staring at her glasses over and over, moving as slow as a snail. Dude, she wasn't interested. I watched 2 separate people leave because they just couldn't wait any longer. Visionworks, this guy is costing you business.

I visited this location on my spring break in need of getting contacts. I was assisted by Greg who was so professional and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and drove to another location to assist in my contact class as it is my first time wearing them. He was so kind and encouraging while learning to use my new contacts. He is such a joy and I now will only use this location! Highly recommend and the staff is amazing! Thank you Greg!!
