I found Warbly Parker to be extremely helpful in choosing glasses. When I walked in, Maria, gave me information regarding the various prices of what services and glass frames would cost. A ball park figure, if you will. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She had a nice sense of humor. Also, she took the time to find many various frames for me to see. Good Customer Service is at a premium these days. It’s such a pleasure to have someone like Maria to really take an interest in, and care, so fully about her customers! Great experience.

Samantha was great, best customer service I have experienced in a long time. She was knowledgeable, confident, made the whole experience easy and understandable for me. Also, they have a great selection of styles and services. I was able to browse, take my time and I can’t wait to get my glasses - readers & everyday glasses ordered. I will definitely be back. everyone was pleasant and experienced. They were very efficient but still thorough eye exam with modern equipment and many many frame options, with optician assistance. good prices-- the more complicated your lenses the more expensive but still better than most. facility was bright and inviting. app is easy to use. I may buy additional pairs just because so easy

I really liked how the employees, especially Daejah helped me pick out my styles. I was picking out eyeglasses and sunglasses and she didn't make me feel rushed. She was kind and complimentary, which elevated my confidence to try styles I might not immediately pick out. Overall I highly recommend going to this store because their style selections were so diverse they really had something for everyone. The service was top notch! You got to check it out!

The Doctor here is beyond excellent. She really cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to take care of them. The exam is very fast and painless (no air puff!). The entire visit from the time I entered the store to ordering glasses and paying took 45 minutes. Could not recommend this place more!
