I came into the Plainview Visionworks & had the most fabulous young lady Lisa help me & my husband with our eye glasses. She was so incredibly sweet, helpful & knowledgeable! I actually enjoyed the entire experience!!! Tysm Lisa
I had an eye exam today and had a great doctor. The very kind worker named Lisa helped me very much when it came to figuring out if my insurance covered contacts/glasses. Been going here for 10+ years and always have had great service
My mom and I had a wonderful experience at Visionworks, especially because of Lisa. She helped my mom choose her new glasses and made the best recommendation with so much care and patience. What made the visit special was that it did not feel like a regular transaction, it felt like we were speaking with a kind, genuine person who truly cared. Lisa was amazing, lovely, and easy to talk to, and we had such a nice conversation where she even shared some of her own stories with us. We felt a real connection, and she made the whole experience warm, comfortable, and memorable. Five stars for Lisa, Visionworks is lucky to have someone like her representing the brand.
Ok... they're very nice at Davis Visionworks in Plainview, Morton Village Shopping Plaza... on one pair of my glasses... the screw keeps getting loose... I fixed it so many times myself but the screw keeps getting loose and keeps coming out again... so went to Davis Visionworks and they put a new screw in for me and it has been fine ever since... i should have done that a long time ago... and they did it all for FREE! thank you for being so nice and fixing my glasses... no problems anymore with that issue... i would recommend anyone who has any kind Issues with there glasses to check them out... or who needs a new pair of glasses... and it's very close to where I live... so i said let me see what they can do... thank you again for doing such a great job because I thought it was going to be expensive to fix. and it didn't cost me a penny... so i would rate them as a 5+ for helping me!
Usually go to this visionworks for eye care, today I was ignored by Haydee for over an hour and she proceeded to work with other customers and not even acknowledge me. Terrible customer service and Haydee was extremely rude with me. This should be reviewed since this is now the second time this has happened to me. All I wanted was a simple two minute glasses-adjustment and instead of telling me I would have to wait this individual wasted my time and didn’t even give me the courtesy of acknowledging me as I was waiting. 0/10, a change of staff would benefit this location immensely.
