Visionworks

One of the best places to have an eye test and purchase glasses. I believe Dr. Yang conducted my eye test and I'm very glad to have her as my optometrist. She took time to explain everything to me and kept the process quick and easy. We even retook my eye scans since my eyelids were coving the image and she wanted to make sure everything was healthy. She also gave me some advice to reduce strain on my eyes that I had mentioned earlier. Very professional and kind during the entire exam. After the exam, Kyle by the front was also extremely kind and helpful! I told him what type of glasses I prefer and he picked out a selection for me to choose from. Usually I spend up to 30 min selecting a pair but he really helped me pick out one I liked. He also went through all of the options for the glasses (blue light, glare, etc) and explained them in detail. He even mentioned what my existing glasses had just in case I wanted to duplicate anything. Overall really amazing service the team there is very professional and made the whole process go smoothly. Looking forward to my next checkup!

Just had a great experience at Visionworks in Riverhead. Shout out to Kyle who helped me to select a new pair of frames a few weeks ago. I tried on several! And by that I mean a lot by most standards :) Kyle was supportive the whole time and gave me honest feedback. I went with a pair of frames I may not have chosen were it not for his opinion. Picked up my new glasses today with up to date prescription lenses and I absolutely LOVE them!!! I would recommend shopping here and certainly working with Kyle!

I had such a great experience selecting my new glasses! Kyle was absolutely awesome—so patient, friendly, and genuinely fun to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave great advice without ever making me feel rushed. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and made the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend!

All the staff I had helping me during my eye exam, and picking my glasses, as well as the doctor was PHENOMENAL! I am so happy that I was treated kindly, with respect and made to feel like my opinion mattered! All of my questions where answered & all staff was professional yet down to earth! I will definitely be returning to this Riverhead location!

The Riverhead store was wonderful. The Dr was thorough, pleasant and helpful. The front desk had a gentleman named Christopher who was so beyond helpful. He was fantastic. Have not got glasses in yet but am assuming all will be great.
