Doctor Kimly Pham very professional warm and great personality doctor. Thorough exam. Staff is grate. special thanks to Kaitlyn Olivia and Tonya. Ridgewood Park square optometry specialist Kevin was very helpful professional and warm personality as well. I will highly recommend you to my family and friends as needed.
We had Alexis M as our Support Staff and she was Outstanding.. Very very knowledgeable about glasses, lens, frames and anything glasses .. and she made us feel very comfortable, a lovely young lady .. it was and is Fun Great Experience
Kevin was polite, patient, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, & informative. He answered all my questions. He let me know prices & what was available before I even asked. I'm pleasantly surprised & appreciative of the outcome with my eyeglasses. ☺️
I have had multiple pairs of glasses made by different companies. This is the first time anyone has taken the time to explain things. Alexis should be commended for her helpfulness and high quality customer service.
From the front office personnel, to the doctor doing the exams, to the people taking care of us in the vision works store, my wife, daughter, and myself were treated absolutely fantastically. Everything was explained well, and they didn't waste our time, but we're also not trying to push us out quickly to take care of the next person. A really great experience!
