Not sure what is going on with this place (Cherry Grove), keep calling, but it picks up and then disconnects after 5 seconds. Called Corp and they could barely speak english and then said they would try to call, but they disconnected on me too...I guess we are taking family elsewhere. It's okay because last time I was in, the eye doctor messed up my prescription anyway and had to get it redone, I don't have time for wasting. Crazy hard to find good help nowadays, or even someone to pick up the phone...

Great experience. Bill answered all the questions I had. Didn’t feel like I was being forced into something I didn’t want. Everyone there is so friendly and I really enjoyed the experience. 5/5.

Took my daughter there for glasses. We bought the free replacement protection plan with hers but after they messed up my husband’s prescription 2x I am not replacing my daughters from there. Would not recommend
