I love this location. We have been using them for glasses for my whole family for the past couple of years. Monica is very knowledgeable about how to get the most out of our insurance and when issues arise she has always been helpful in resolving them. My vision changed unexpectedly and I was able to see Dr. Kim on short notice. He took his time to do a thorough exam to figure out how the prescription changed what my best option was for new contacts and glasses. Everyone who works here has always been kind and competent, even helping my youngest choose glasses that she loves and is excited to wear. It can get busy at times but I always find the wait to be worthwhile.

The vision works team here is amazing, everyone is super nice and helpful. The doctors here are great and really feel like they point out issues even if it’s a routine exam. Dr. Kim and Dr. Itabiyi are the best!! I’ve been to suburban vision works and to have one in the city that’s clean and professional was a surprise! They do great work here!

Loved my experience here. Optometrist Dr. Timothy Kim was extremely helpful, kind, and thorough. I suffer from migraines that are triggered by eye strain. Dr. Kim helped me even better understand my own condition, and provided clarity and information that I didn’t even know that I didn’t know. Highly recommend Dr. Kim. Easily the best eye doctor I’ve ever had!

So glad I decided to pop in, I was able to get to see the doctor as a walk in and found frames I like. Everyone was sooo nice and helpful, no pressure but listened to my concerns and offered solutions. Dr. Kim was really helpful, the facility was clean and modern, and Andre took his time to help fit my glasses! Thank you! Andre really helped me figure out the fit which I have been having so much trouble with. And everyone went out of their way to find the best deals for me since I have no insurance. THANK YOU!

Just finished my eye exam and visit at visionworks. The associate Tony R hooked me up. He's attentive but not pushy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Make sure you ask for Tony if you want professional service and great attention with help in picking out glasses best for your frame and a good price!
