Had a great visit here. Colleen was fantastic, calm, professional, and she got us checked in and verified our insurance instantly. I picked out 5 glasses and we had a great conversation. The store is clean and well-maintained with a great selection of mid-range frames. Happy to say I won't be returning to Crafters! 5 stars!

I had a very welcoming experience yesterday at my appointment there at Visonworks! From their demeanors & attitudes, I genuinely felt that I can trust them with the exams given & while waiting, I was offered the opportunity to look through the glasses 👓 which I would like to personally choose out of. I appreciated that! Also, it was astonishing to me due to being a little skeptical & shy at 1st to even ask, but 1 of the women there, (being as though I was obvious about my indecision on what glasses to choose from & how it would look to others, etc) had told me that she/they can give me a 2nd opinion if I wanted to. 💯👍🏼 That was considerate of her & that gave me more of a great experience there at "Visionworks!" It boosted my confident level. 🤫☺️🤭💯👍🏼 Anyway though, it was [overall] a great welcoming experience & I most definitely appreciated that, you feel me‽ Thanx again!👋🏼🫡
I have now had my third pair of glasses from VW. Each time I have been quite pleased with the employee service, and the personal contact. The appointments run on time. There is a large selection of frames to choose from, many within my insurance plan. And they respect my budget, I never felt pressured to spend more money than I had planned to. Very convenient location to my home, and a clean, well-organized facility.
