Loved my visit from the Doctor to the staff. They were all professional, cool and on point. And everyone smiles. In this day and time we need this type of professionalism and attitude to make people feel comfortable and hospitable when doing any medical visit or procedure. They have the blueprint and should teach other facilities how to be like them. I really liked my visit. I wouldn't change them as long as I can see Visionworks I'm there. Also they didn't make me feel embarrassed when I couldn't purchase my glasses on the spot. They explained the alternatives and made me feel at ease and explained my other options. Very transparent. I've always liked "VISIONWORKS"... IN NY AND TO MY RECENT VISIT IN PA... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK... D JOSEPH

Although, we were running a few minutes late, we weren’t turned away, and your receptionist found some space in the schedule to accommodate our first-time visits. When we arrived for check-in, everyone was very friendly, the lady who started the initial eye check was extremely nice and made us feel very comfortable. Dr was friendly, helpful and made the visit very pleasant. Lori, was extremely friendly and helpful while we were picking glasses and check out went smoothly.

Had an amazing experience with the virtual exam! Jeanie, the tech assistant was wonderful! She was so sweet and walked me through everything, since I was taking a new test that I’ve never done before. She was very personable to. I even hugged her before leaving! The other two girls were amazing as well, I forget their names.. maybe Erin 🤔 also Dr. Kelly was phenomenal! Sweet, caring and very funny! Made me feel very comfortable! Thank you again, everyone for all your help and kindness! I’ll be back soon to order my frames!

We came from New York for the weekend, but one of my contact lenses got stuck in my eye. We went to an urgent care clinic. They numbed my eye but couldn’t get it out. They recommended that I go to an eye doctor or the emergency room. We came to Visionworks, and the contact lens specialist was able to see that the lens was actually not there. The unpleasant sensation in my eye was because I had irritated it while trying to remove the lens for an hour at home. She recommended eye drops that would help heal my eye, and we bought them next door. When we came home, we found the contact lens on the floor 😅 Thank you so much! I guess I panicked for no reason, but I’m incredibly grateful for this professional. We’re staying in the Poconos for the weekend, and my eye is already feeling much better :)

Thanks for all your help on equipping me with the glasses that would suit my needs best. I didn’t want ones without the nose pieces but you had thoughtful insight on why they should become my work glasses. Along with stating that the kind I like best would still be great for when I am not at work. I appreciate your help and support.
