I was thrilled with my overall experience at Visionworks Waterfront. I'd read reviews before going and found it easy to make an appointment the next week. Their process was extremely streamlined. The only slight drawback was that all of the associates were busy with other customers (perhaps walk-ins) when I arrived so I had to wait a while to get started. But once I did, everything was explained to me clearly and I was moved through the steps very quickly. I chose to get the retinal photos (extra $35) and I was presented with two options for a prescription: bifocal or just readers. My distance vision isn't too bad, so I opted to stick with readers. Never at any point in the process did I feel pressured. Promotions and options and insurance coverage were explained to me in an informative way for me to make my best decision. I'm looking forward to receiving my new readers and would recommend them to anyone with standard vision care needs.

The employees are super polite and professional and the store is clean and well organized. However when I bought my glasses from them back in March they were doing a buy one get one promotion that made the cost of doing the lens upgrades that I went for feel more justifiable and I only ever received the one pair they finished within a week. They were a necessary purchase but it does feel like being out a lot of money because of it.

I visited the Vision works location at the Water front and Mason had assisted me from beginning to end. I was not happy with the way my glasses looked and he took the time to go over my prescription to make sure it was correct and allow me time to see if my eyes would adjust to the new lenses. After a week my eyes adjusted well and wanted to change my frame. I was able to do that. Mason went above and beyond to have my lense sent to another location to have my lense edges polished. He was very polite, patient and was such an great example of being a perfect example to represent the company and should be recognized for his professionalism June

I'm a vision work customer and I will never do business at this place. Again terrible service. I called. Because I got an notification. Saying my contacts was done early and I told them I will be down there when I get down there. They don't have nothing ready, but they told me when I get there today. We'll have everything ready for me. Had me wait in for 30 minutes. Just a pickup contacts that I already paid for a week. Ago. So they made me cancel my lyft, and they did not wanna pay for it. I had a had hard time getting home that day because my Lyft couldn't not wait 30 minutes I told them I'm in a Lyft and they was not busy at all good products, but terrible customer service. I'm taking my business somewhere else. And I'll advise everyone else to do that as well. Vision work in pleasant Hill. Is the new vision work i will continue my business with not this homestead location needs better workers or better management.

The Waterfront Visionworks store was great. I walked in early for my appt and they got me in right away. Associates were helpful, and the doc took his time with my exam. I found a pair of glasses I really like, and I feel it all was a reasonable price.
