total disaster! I had an appointment here, I arrived few minutes early. They asked me to scan a QR code and fill out HIPPA and questionnaire, which is fine. Then I was asked to wait in the designated area for my name to be called. waited 10+ minutes there after my expected appointment time, no one showed up. went to the front desk, told them when doctor calls me? the lady said doctor has left!!!! we are terribly sorry, without being able to fabricate any explanation, she tried hard to make up a story but nothing held up. total unprofessional behavior. I was offered another appointment, but I'm going to cancel it, after this pure insult in the face. stay away from this business. they need to put their things together better.

Just leaving Visionworks at Hamilton Crossings and had the best experience… greeted by Emily, who was so helpful, directing me to the frames I loved, then off to Ashley for an eye pressure check who did an awesome, accurate job of testing, then to Dr. Angel Arizmendy, who was so patient, thorough and knowledgeable, ending my visit again with Emily, who patiently went thru all the proper measurements and pricing! A lovely experience! And, pricing was excellent…2 gorgeous pairs to keep this senior seeing the world at its best! Thanks so much to the entire staff and Visionworks, a store with great service and products I’ve trusted for too many years to count!!!! Elaine Belcastro

I had an appointment today and waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes. The three women employees there were talking among themselves and looking at me. At one point, I said I had an appointment, and then one of them came over to me. Overall, the eye exam with the doctor was fine. At the end, I chose one frame and went to one of the employees' desks. I picked a frame that cost $199, and my insurance covered up to $175. Then she told me my total was $145. I asked why my total was $145 if the difference was only $30. She couldn’t explain why that amount was, and kept saying my insurance coverage was the reason. Anyway, I found the same frame on Zenni for way cheaper, with lenses, UV protection, and blue light filtering. I will not be coming back to this place.

Everyone was very polite and efficient, raymond caught an error on the paperwork that could have been a problem for my prescription. thanks to him for being so thorough and detailed. definitely coming again next year!

Emily in Visionworks was amazing! She quickly and expertly fixed my glasses. She had great customer service even when managing multiple customers at one time.
