Visionworks

This was probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. From the team in the front to the eye doctor, I felt I was heard and greatly taken care of. This is going to be my new place for anything related to my vision.

I've been to various Visionworks in a few different states but this is the best one I've visited. They confirmed that my insurance was accepted weeks prior to the appointment. I came in early and they took me back right away. Everyone was very polite and the eye doctor was very helpful and referred me to a nearby specialist since I am new to the area.

It was easy to make the eye exam appointment and reschedule it. Everyone there is friendly and attentive. They took me on time. The doctor educated me on what we were looking at on my eye photos. They explained my prescription to me. I was there less than an hour. The facility is clean. It was a great experience for an appointment.

I recently changed insurance providers so I was new to Visionworks, I work in north hills so I was going to schedule there but when I walked in to look at glasses and make an appointment, I was ignored by three staff members that weren’t doing anything!! Right when I was about to leave a Caucasian woman came in and right away was asked what she was looking for smh..I had my work uniform on and everything smh!! Glad I made an appointment at the downtown office and didn’t just look elsewhere!!! The staff welcomed me as soon as i walked in, my appointment was super fast and the optometrist was very informative!! Billing probably was the longest process of the whole thing lol!! Definitely recommend going and I will be back in a year!!

Always an excellent experience, everyone is friendly and professional, great doctor, everyone explained things well, I've gone here for years and it's always pleasant
