They took time to help me pick out my glasses. I picked 5 pair that I liked and he helped me narrow it down, explaining why he liked one pair over another. Some pairs washed me out while others were too small or not the right shape. Overall great experience

They took me in without an appointment, though I was there to schedule one. They were not super busy so I said I could do it when they were ready. I have never had such an easy experience at any eyecare place. I was in and out in under an hour. The people who work there are super nice and very helpful. I will go there as long as they are there and I am able.

I was able to trade in new glasses I did not like for a different pair with out judgement and at. no cost. The person on duty was very helpful fitting me again and made me feel very comfortable in making this request reminding me this was the company policy as long as it was within the first 100 days of receiving the first pair. The new glasses should be ready in a week and he will call.

I have been in a couple of time for my contacts then glasses, my frames broke, the staff had been very accepting and helpful every time no matter what even though I have felt that I have been the customer that will never go away!! They have been very professional and helpful to meet my needs and make me not feel like a bother. Thank you so much.

Been coming here for over 4 years and had great experience. The only time the glasses weren’t quite right, they lived up to their love-it guarantee with no hassle. Will keep coming and recommending.
