Caroline, Ann and staff couldn't have been more helpful, as usual. It is always a great experience visiting Visionworks in Middletown. Light atmosphere but very professional. Very helpful. Thank you, Jim Downing

Dr. Lee was very attentive and took her time and answered all of my questions. Rachael was wonderful in helping me pick out glasses. Great experience and they will be my go to team for any future eye stuff.
The entire staff at At the clinic shopping center are exceptional. The eye exam by Dr. Le Was thorough and she explained her assessments in easy terminology. Rachel helped me with my eye glass selection. I am thrilled that I made the switch to them.
I was really let down by the service at this glasses display. While I came in with a clear prescription, it felt like the staff were more interested in upselling me unnecessary extras just to raise the price. I had the distinct impression that their focus was on making a sale, not providing a service. Customer service was poor, and I left feeling frustrated. On a positive note, the doctor I saw was amazing—she was great, attentive, and professional. I just wish the rest of the team had matched her level of care.
I had a disappointing experience at this glasses display. Despite the prescription from my doctor, they couldn’t provide the glasses as prescribed. I felt uneasy because the staff kept insisting my vision hadn’t changed much and seemed evasive when I asked questions. My translator and I were treated poorly—there was a clear sense of aggression and even a hint of discrimination because I spoke another language. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable, and I hope they can improve their customer care in the future.
