The technician assisted me with the different frames and gave me comparable quotes net of insurance so I could get the best value out of my purchase. He was kind enough to wait patiently and even temporarily repaired my son's broken frames which we bought there and had sat on accidentally. Excellent customer service 👏 👌
Josh and Kim were so helpful in getting my order straighten out. The other eye associate made mistakes on my order, but Josh and Kim both made it right. Now instead of juggling 3 pairs of lenses I only have to deal with two.. progressive and computer lenses. Great, caring service with them
Summer was fantastic…friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She took her time walking me through options and gave great insight on what would work best. She was awesome!
Jasmine is the young lady at the wolfchase visionworks that greeted us and helped my daughter and I pick out 2 pairs of glasses She was Awesome! And so kind and patient and friendly ! She was wonderful! And I’m so pleased with the choices she helped us with , and her knowledge. Highly recommend this location to friends and family . Everyone was kind and attentive. The doctor went into details about my eye exams and what was found. Even after checking out the doctor still answered some questions I had. Overall, very pleased with my visit
