The employee Vikki who assisted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to us and helped me and my wife get two pairs of glasses each. She was very transparent with our questions about pricing before we even started browsing for the frames and wasting time. Very good experience. I recommended her to other people I know in need of glasses right now.
Very helpful workers. Rudy found me the exact styles of glasses I asked for. He helped me with formulating it all in the computer as I wanted. And he showed and explained the price on paper.
I was greeted instantly once I stepped inside the door. They informed me that my COH insurance coverage went up to 200 dollars and showed me glasses on display. Once I decided on new glasses I was assisted by Vicky. The entire experience was very pleasant and easy
Vicki was amazing any very helpful. Well rounded with insurance benefits. Also help me decide on the frame. Viki is easy to work with give me good vibes about the place. Very transparent about prices and promotions which is great. I like going there for my glasses

I called looking for contacts all around the city, and he was the only one who took the time to not only look for my trials, but give me a call back and was super kind and respectful, he went above and beyond!
