Vision works staff was very kind and helped me find what was best for me. I end up having a mishap with my glasses. I went right in for repairs and came out quickly with repairs. The staff communicates great.

I had an awesome experience with the Optometrist exam for eyeglasses and contacts. I scheduled an appointment, which was surprisingly quick under 10 minutes after signing required paperwork. The staff, doctor, and atmosphere was very welcoming. The doctor had a supportive conversation, and was very professional and friendly at the same time, which was a plus for me. I did a purchase for eyeglasses and contacts for both of my prescriptions, which went smoothly with detailed explanation and out of pocket expenses information with vision insurance. I like the idea that she gives you 5 day trial samples until your contact order comes in, and for the eyeglasses prescription you have the convenience of same location to browse or purchase your frames, and they was also very helpful and welcoming.

This was my first time ever being prescribed glasses, and I had a really great experience at Visionworks. Mr. Williams, the general manager, was amazing. He was very personable and took the time to walk me through different options for reading glasses, explaining the pros and cons in a way that was easy to understand. He also gave helpful feedback on the styles I was considering, which I truly appreciated since I can be a little indecisive. Dr. Nguyen was friendly, efficient, and still very thorough during the exam. The young lady who checked me in and verified my appointment was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, it made my first experience getting glasses a really positive one.

Customers Service was helpful, friendly, and informative. The cost was surprisingly lower than I expected. And I loved all the choices for frames.
