The staff member Jennifer was kind and efficient. I did not have to wait at all. She answered all of my questions. I had a great experience getting new glasses.

10/10 do not recommend. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. I got the first ones and noticed instantly one eye didn’t even have a prescription in it. I told the worker and she said it was entered incorrectly. I asked that the 2nd pair be ordered correctly as well. I was told they were. They supposedly fixed both glasses. I live in Clovis and had to keep driving back and forth. I go to the eye dr and he scans the glasses and he saids my 2nd pair are still not correct they were off my 90degrees thats why I was having issues. I called to try and get my lens fixed since I paid over $250 just for the lens and I was told no they couldn’t because it was passed 110 days. Multiple people told me they were having issues with this location and now I know why. Double and triple check your lens!!!! I went to Visionmart Express and got excellent service and my glasses the same day and cheaper.

This was my first time here & my experience was wonderful! A great selection of glasses, as well as friendly and helpful staff. Mary Beth was awesome & helped me pick out some beautiful glasses and the service was quick and simple. I would highly recommend them!

First time shopping at Visionworks . Things started off well — they had a good selection of frames, and the staff initially seemed friendly and helpful. I ordered two new pairs of glasses and was told it would take about two weeks for them to arrive. That felt a bit long, but I accepted it. When the glasses came in, I drove back to the store and was simply handed the glasses without anyone checking the fit or making sure they sat correctly on my face. They immediately felt a little off, but I was told to start wearing them in the morning to adjust. Unfortunately, after wearing them, I began experiencing mild headaches, painful eye strain, and discomfort. Whenever I removed the glasses, I felt better within minutes. I returned to the store and spoke with a different employee, who immediately became defensive and blamed the prescription before even checking the glasses. Thankfully, another employee stepped in, inspected them properly, and discovered the prescription had been entered incorrectly. That meant waiting another two weeks. My issue is not that a mistake was made — everyone makes mistakes. My concern is the immediate defensiveness and refusal to properly check the problem first, despite the discomfort and eye strain it caused. Customer concerns should be taken seriously before assumptions are made. Do better.

Mary Beth was so friendly to answer all my questions. Never felt rushed and all associates would help Dr hogan next door is amazing, will highly recommend.
