The eye exam visit went very well. The technician was kind and competent in a comfortable setting. I had never had a remote eye exam before, and I'm happy and impressed at how well it went. A friendly and attentive optometrist who, while not physically in the room, performed the exam as if he was. A good and positive experience.
LensCrafters at the mall in Lubbock, Texas has got to be the best for your eye glass needs. Courteous staff, helpful beyond measure, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. It’s the first time I’ve ever bought glasses from them and I will continue to keep buying them from here. Thank you so much LensCrafters, Cynthia and staff!!!
The actual eye doctor is remote so that may be a dealbreaker for some. I found the experience to be high quality and I was happy with the process and the result.
They were great, fast efficient staff, it went very smooth, the staff is so friendly and they make you feel so comfortable the whole time that you are there, I will recommend them all day 😀
I always enjoy my experience, it is always smooth, easy, and quick! And if you ever get the chance to have Ben helping you pick out the perfect lenses for you, you are in for a treat! It’s been about a month since I went to get my glasses and when I saw him, we picked up right where we left off! We caught up on anything and everything we talked about in my first visit and he remembered everything little thing. It’s not every day you get customer service like that, next time I stop by the mall, I may just stop by to say hi!!
