Yesterday Saturday July 18, I went in to Stanton Optical on 50th St in Lubbock, Tx. I had received a text message that my frames were in. I was attended by the same man that had ordered my replacement frames. One of my frames was broken around the nose piece and the second one felt like it was going to fall apart also. So I was surprised when he told me that I had one frame in. So he took my case with my glasses and went to change my frame. It took a little while and he came back and handed me my case with my glasses and said thank you. When I got in my vehicle I took my glasses out to put them on and saw that the lense had two cracks. So I went back in the store and he told me that I had taken them in already cracked. I know for a fact that they were not that way when I gave them to him. He told me that someone in the back room could back up his story. So I left, once in the car my daughter said no that she also knew they weren’t cracked. So she went in to try and fix the situation. The man just walked away from the counter and would not talk to her. Another lady offered to help her. But I still ended up losing one pair of glasses. I live on a fixed income and I truly do not appreciate the fact that the employee did not own up to his mistake. Victoria Rosales
