Jamal was absolutely amazing. He first gave me my time to look over glasses on my own and later came over to give me some suggestions (which the one he picked ended up being in my top 3 favorites!) He had amazing customer service and was hilarious! He was very helpful with another lady who was in the store as well. Highly recommend coming here.

Despite the initial delay, the quality of care and the final product were well worth it. I'll definitely be back!"The selection of designer frames was better than I expected, and they have some great deals if you're buying more than one pair. The optometrist was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain my astigmatism in a way no one else ever has.It wasn't the fastest experience, but for the price and the quality of the lenses, it’s a five-star value for me."

Gabriela is the best! She took the time to find a matching screw for my daughter’s frames. This really saved the day as my daughter needed to get on the road back to college after Thanksgiving at home. Gabriela for the win!

I am extremely concerned by the experience I had at this Visionworks location. In my 38 years, I have never encountered an optometry office that required medical insurance in order to provide a routine vision exam. I clearly stated that I was seeking only a standard vision exam and prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses. I do not have any known medical eye conditions, and my vision insurance alone is sufficient for this type of service. Despite this, I was informed that services would not be provided unless I disclosed my medical insurance information. To my knowledge, optometrists cannot require medical insurance for a non-medical, routine vision exam. Medical insurance is typically used only when diagnosing or treating medical eye conditions, not for basic refractive services. Refusing care under these circumstances raises serious concerns about billing practices and compliance with professional standards. As a result, I will be filing formal complaints with the Texas State Board of Optometry, as well as consumer protection agencies including the BBB and FTC, so this matter can be reviewed appropriately. I strongly encourage others to be cautious when visiting this location and to ask clear questions about insurance requirements before scheduling an appointment. Update: contacted Vision works at the infamous email that they like to post as their responses to all negative reviews and they did absolutely nothing. They stated that they pretty much can’t do anything because the optometrist are independent. So yeah worthless . Now I am have redirected my focus on this specific optometrist Dr. Naveera Farooque.

This was my first time to use this location to get new frames for glasses. I picked out the right frames that I liked and used my VSP insurance with no problems. Jamal was very helpful and the customer service is excellent. I recommend this location and Jamal to help you with your glasses. They have a lot of frames to choose from
