The eye care associate That helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped me pick out the perfect pair I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. I really appreciated that. Also, because of my physical disability, she brought six pairs over to me to try on. she asked what I would like before she chose the six pairs and in the first round, we found the perfect ones. I really appreciated her time and effort.
Had a fantastic experience picking out glasses and sunglasses. The eye exam itself was very quick and easy probably the quickest I’ve had. Next door at Visionworks Suzanne was so kind and helpful and patient. She took her time to make sure I was happy with my choices it was quite refreshing and different from my experience at other eyewear retailers.

I was pleasantly surprised that the store associates were kind and understanding when I had to bring my glasses back because they didn’t fit my face properly. I appreciate the fact that VisionWorks stands by their products and makes sure their customers are happy and satisfied.
Jami was extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions about the different options for anti reflective, smudge, fog, and transition lenses with full knowledge and accuracy. Her personality is warm and friendly which also added to a great experience.
