We came here to get glasses for daughter. Bella greeted us and gave us great service! Her warm and friendly personality made us very comfortable and at ease. We have a new vision insurance and we had plenty of questions regarding the benefits. Bella was very kind and patient in helping us find answers. She made sure to share all the possible discounts we can get and maximize our vision benefits. My daughter was able to get affordable glasses and contact lenses because of Bella's efforts. We will definitely be back! Side note, the store was clean, neat and well stocked. There were other customers there and they were all being helped. Keep up the great work!

I had such a wonderful experience at this Visionworks location, and it's all thanks to Bella! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me right away and immediately made me feel welcome. When it came to discussing cost and options, Bella did ALL the math... every scenario, every option so I could actually understand what I was working with. No confusion, no pressure, just genuine help. I was by myself picking out frames, and she made it feel like I had a friend with me. She even pulled out extra frames from under the counter to make sure we found just the right pair. She never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions, and I left feeling genuinely valued as a customer. If you're coming to this Visionworks, ask for Bella. Excellent service at the Rolling Oaks store! Whether you are looking for a new pair or just coming in for a “tune up” the staff is always very friendly and ready to help. I had an excellent visit last night getting my glasses adjusted, and Bella went above and beyond making sure my glasses were good as new. Bella, your attention to detail was very noticed and appreciated. Thank you again for all of your help! Been a happy customer for years at this location and will continue to be for many more. Eddie provided excellent customer service to me, 70 year old with first time eye glasses Rx. He is very savy about eyeglasses and very concerned that he helps the customers 100 %. Also saved about $300 vs Sam's Club. So glad I stopped there.
