I was a regular customer here for years and the service used to be great, but hasn't been the same for the last several years. This might be due to either a change in management or staff, but it's probably worth visiting one of the other many glasses shops in the area if you're looking for a new set of frames and lenses.
They are always so helpful, friendly, and work quickly when you go in for anything. We have had to replace our son's glasses several times due to sports and they always get them in pretty quick. Mattie was very helpful today when my wife stopped in for help with my son's glasses and went above & beyond to assist her.
Another Great visionworks location. Super friendly staff and very well kept establishment. Awesome selection of specs.
Great customer service! Knew when to ask and when to let me roam and choose without feeling pressured. Music was fantastic also and added to the experience.
Good selection of eyewear, but sales lady catered to women in a more friendly way than towards men. Additionally, they lost my order, and follow up was non-existent. When my glasses finally came in, they didn’t really check for fit, other than them asking me how it fit. Not an impressive experience at all.
