Great experience ordering contact lenses from Visionworks, Prosper location. They were very helpful and professional when I called to order, and I received my contacts in about a week. My husband ordered glasses and was very happy with the product and assistance he received at that location.

In a nutshell, DO NOT COME HERE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. The experience here was untenable. I went with a simple request of running a quote with insurance for my contacts. The lady at the front had a horrible attitude, clearly seemed like she did not want to be there. She dint want to elaborate or run accurate numbers, was not willing to explain the id that was for a single vs a pair or if the boxes were for (3,6, 12 etc). I really don’t have much to say because of my sheer disbelief. I guess she had a bad day or a bad week, or if that’s how your staff are trained to treat customers. Do better. If management wants to reach out, feel free to do so and I’ll break it down for you. I’m sure you have cameras as well and can watch my pleasant and delightful experience or hear it from me first hand. It makes my blood boil that her colleagues looked on in disbelief, clearly surprised by her attitude. However, they chose not to step in and help.
There is this staff there named, Salam or Salem and avoid her at any cost. She is rude and has the worst customer service ever. I called to follow-up on my order (2 prescription glasses) and spoke to her and she told me that I do not have pending orders at all and she even asked me if I had a receipt. Disappointed, I told her that I even paid almost 300 dollars for it. She then said abruptly that my order is ready for pickup, without saying sorry or apologizing at all. I then asked her, why she had a mistake initially and she bluntly said that she did not have any mistake at all, saying that she's looking at 2 files under my name. She even told me why I am making a big deal out of it. I am usually patient but this staff (Salam) was unbelievably rude and arrogant. I wish the management would see this comment and address it promptly. On top of this, it has been a month and I didn't receive any notifications that my glasses are ready, in addition to the rudeness I encountered today.
The only thing I can say about Visionworks the employees are incredible. I had just moved to Texas from Florida when I fell and broke my glasses. I had purchased my glasses in Florida prior to moving. The employees at the Preston Road store, Salam and Vashman, that helped me are to be commended. They were so helpful they were able to order a new pair of glasses at a minimum price and said they would be here in 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, they were sent to the Cortez Blvd store in Florida. When Salam and Vashman spoke with the Florida store and told them what happened and needed to be sent to the Preston Road store. They told me it would probably be a week before I would get them. However, the next day I received a text from them saying that my glasses were here and I could come get them. Highly recommend going to Visionworks, they are professional and do what is the best for their customers!
Nobody ever answers at this location, so be prepared to go in if you have any questions. I have called multiple times and still the same result. The car will place you on hold for a brief moment and send to a voicemail that automatically hangs up on you. The service was great when we went in, but the follow up is not there. I’ve been following The completion of my order through a Tracking system, which is great, but there were some questions I had after it said my last order was almost complete then said unknown error occurred. This is when I tried to call The business and I have been getting no answer.
