All of the people that I dealt with were great! The only problem I have was you advertise buy one pair get one pair free. I did not get that fit some reason. I don't know what that reason was. I have great VSP insurance and I still paid over $800 for 2 pair of glasses. Your prices and advertising are wrong and miss leading. I almost walked out when I heard what I am paying. I would like to know why I did not get what you advertised

I came in to talk about my contact prescription that I ordered and wanted to try out trials before I opened the boxes that I received, which were the wrong prescription. The manager was amazing and so was the girl who helped me. Very nice and understanding and just overall great with helping me. They were very busy but still didn't have to wait too long.
The eye doctor was great and very helpful; however, the female assistant was very annoying! She talked and talked and talked to the point of exhaustion. When I attempted to try on glasses, she grabbed them from my hands and gave me a more expensive pair. When I tried to get away from her, she followed me around the store, talking ad nauseam. The selection was very limited and overpriced. My glasses arrived six days after the two weeks I was told they would arrive. I will not be returning due to the limited selection, the high prices, the long wait for glasses, and the annoyance of the assistant.
The service is excellent, they were helpful and funny. They got busy but they knew how to manage it. My stepdaughter and I were satisfied with the visit, specially the guy in the front, he was funny and gave us many options for our glasses.
Marco at the front counter is exceptionally friendly and helpful! Dr. Jolly was so pleasant and easy to talk with, he listened to my concerns and truly helped me. I am very pleased with my experience, and I will be back again.
