You guys are so great! Thank you for the great service! Thank you for going over all the procedures before hand, and breaking down my glasses price with my insurance. Prices are great and flexible especially if you have Eyemed insurance! Im sure it’s a thankless job, especially after seeing that other review, sheesh. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me and my family and the Sandy area get the best possible vision they can!

Rachelle Chestnut was very nice and courteous. I say on my glasses and really bent them out of shape and she fixed them perfectly! They gave really nice frames too! Thank you Rachelle!

Love this location so much! Especially Rachelle, she took her time to help me find the perfect frames! I’ve never had anyone help me pick out frames that worked well for me, I’ve always done it myself! Would highly recommend! Everyone, including the doctor(s) are fantastic!

I got my 1st pair of glasses here at 49 and needed them before a long trip. My original choice was going to be delayed and Rachelle helped make some changes and I received my glasses in time. She was super helpful and went way above and beyond. Great experience the whole way thru.

They charged us for procedures we did not want done. They refused to take it off the bill and charged us anyway. As a medical patient you should have the right to refuse any procedure your doctor wants to do. They did nothing to explain themselves. When asked for contact info for a manager they wrote "Krol" on a card and said it was inappropriate for me to ask for that info. I would stay clear of this shady business.
