Today I received the most exceptional & professional work at Envision. I was so impressed 1st of all when I called to make my appt the gentlemen that helped me made it so easy for me & I think he might’ve been the same person who checked me in at my appt today. So very nice & professional manner he had. I didn’t even have to wait not even 2 min before I got called back & then the girl who took me back also was so great in everything she did. She was so thorough & did such a great job in getting me ready for the dr. When I met Dr Snow for the 1st time he also was really great. Listened to me. Spoke with me & explained every thing so well. Such a nice guy! Finally the young girl who helped me choose my glasses was so helpful & sweet. I cannot thank you enough how impressed I was after my visit today. Thanks again envision & I can’t wait to get my new glasses!

I have worn glasses since I was 4 and Invision is by far tbe best experience I have had my entire life. Booking my appointment was fast and painless, everyone in the office from the time you walk in until the time you pick your frames is amazing! The doctors/student doctors are fabulous. I will never go anywhere for my vision needs.

I would've given 5 stars, but buying glasses from their optical dept was an infuriating experience. Dr. Snow is excellent. Reception is amazing. Don't buy glasses there--unless you want loads of your time wasted. The optician doesn't know what is required to do his job correctly. His attitude is all wrong for dealing with customers; he's rude and disrespectful. He shouldn't be working in that position.

Went in for a scratched eye, irritated, red and I couldnt really see. Dr Craven was understanding and thorough in her evaluation, I didn't have insurance and the pricing was reasonable. She helped me with a solution and I felt so much better when I walked out! 10/10 from service to pricing.

I ordered a new pair of custom Lindberg glasses at the end of January. I was told that it could take in between two weeks and a month for the frames to arrive and another two weeks after that to have the lenses made, which I was fine with. The frames arrived on Feb. 17th. Two weeks later after not hearing anything I reached out to Aubrey and she said there was a delay and that she'd let me know when she had a better idea of when they'd be finished. Another two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything from her, so I reached out again. She got back to me the next day and said that she asked the lens place to expedite the process. About a week later my glasses were finished and when I picked them up and wore them for a day or so I noticed that they weren't transition lenses like I ordered and paid for. After speaking with the receptionist she confirmed that they got the order wrong and didn't order transition lenses from the lens place. I spoke with Aubrey again and then the manager of the optician department. I explained to them that I would accept a refund, of course, but I'd really like to have the transition lenses that I ordered, but I'm not willing to send my glasses away just to wait another month and a half. I had no trust they could get the lenses to me in the two weeks after my initial experience. On top of that, the fact that I had to reach out three times and that Aubrey never proactively reached out to me was just too unprofessional for me to trust them with my glasses again. The only way to get me a correct pair would be to order a new set of frames with the correct lenses and have me return the old ones, which I understand would be costly for the business, but is what I would expect. I paid over $1,000 for these glasses and for the business to insist that I am inconvenienced even more so that they can correct their mistake without losing money seems pretty greedy to me. When I pay good money for a product like this and they make several mistakes throughout the process I would expect them to take the loss to make sure I have a good experience. I'm never doing business with them again.
