As a patient and being disabled the ladies that were present to assist me were very professional, caring, ethical in taking care of my exam, glasses & purchases. I wasn't afraid of asking a question or getting assistance with my vision needs. I think very highly of Vision Works Southgate mall. Thank you for caring and good gesture that's very important.
I paid a lot of money to have thin, high index lenses. The lenses on the glasses I received were about a half an inch thick, they were massive. I took them back to the store and was told that they're so thick because of my prescription... except the high index leases I currently have are super thin and don't extend past the frame of my glasses. The people at the store treated me like I was stupid for expecting thin lenses. The glasses here are extremely expensive and very low quality, and the staff is very rude.
Very friendly associates, the Dr. was very personable and knowledgeable. She made my experience ver pleasurable. Staff is very knowledgeable as well and helpful. Our associate took her time and made sure we were satisfied with our purchases.
