I decided to try Vision Works instead of my usual place (Americas Best). This was because my vision insurance promoted it on their website to have the most benefits for my specific plan. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was taken care of. The usual pre-exam screenings etc, Dr was ON TIME and I was able to order my contacts and be on my way for the rest of my Saturday errands. Thanks Vision Works!
I had an appointment and was running a few minutes late, totally my fault, and my wife had the appointment just after mine. I called on the way to let them know I was a few minutes behind. When I got there though, they told me they couldn’t see me. After my wife was done they told me they would be able to get me in because someone else didn’t show. Funny how when the customer needed a little consideration there was none given but when they needed to fill a time slot and collect some revenue they were all of sudden willing to help. Taking my business elsewhere.
knowledgeable and friendly staff. great eyeglass selection over several different price points. the glasses were organized by price so made selection much easier
I was racially profile at this store. They didnt send me notification that my glasses were ready for pick up so I walked in and walk to the counter. I said I’m picking up my glasses I order. The lady said have a seat and we will call you up when it is your turn. I sat and watch 4 people who walk in after me get service. After the last white couple got service before me I walk up and said when will it be my turn because I was here before all those people. And you didn’t ask me what I wanted you just told me to have a seat. The lady did not even apologize she said I wasn’t sitting in the right area. I didn’t know we can’t browse the store and not get service unless we sit in a designated area. After spending $600 for some glasses it was not worth the mistreatment I encountered. Note this is not the first time this store has racially profile an Asian person as seen in the previous reviews and this has got to stop.
