I've been a long time customer of Visionworks in Arizona. I was here visiting family and I needed adjustments done on my glasses. Found one here in Kenosha and both, Johnathan and Danyel were wonderful. Glasses fit perfectly and lenses were spotless. Kudos to the both of them.

Staff greeted me with courtesy and respect. I was swiftly brought to see Dr. I was also greeted by doctor in a caring way. The staff even helped me pick out my glasses that looked best on me. The ability to use online to make appointments and fill out forms is very helpful as well.
I had a great experience at Visionworks! I stopped in with a small issue with my sunglasses, and the associate who helped me was incredibly kind and helpful. She took care of it quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really appreciate the friendly service—thank you!
I don’t normally write reviews on google, but was the only place I could find. I went in last week because one side of my glasses broke while on vacation and wanted to see if there was any way to temporarily fix them so I could make an appointment I was due for. The lady at the front desk took my glasses and pulled both of the side pieces apart and broke the other side of my glasses and handed them back to me and said “nope there’s nothing I can do”. I had the one side taped together and then the other side snapped when she pulled them apart. So I asked if there was anything we could do because I don’t have a backup pair. She was not eager to help. Even though she broke them more than when I came in. I would have paid full price for a pair so I could see but she had no solutions for me. Other than making an appointment. The only appointment that worked with my schedule was 10 days after, and then I have to wait for the glasses to come in. The appointment she found to work with my schedule was a tele doctor appointment which she said she was supposed to recommend but she doesn’t because she doesn’t like them, because they take longer. Then she looked at my insurance and realized I have really good coverage and said she was surprised my insurance covered so much. Which, why would you care how much my insurance covers? Since she wasn’t that helpful in the moment I asked if I could at least have a piece of tape so I could get home to glue them myself, she gave me tape, but then said she doesn’t recommend gluing them because if I got glue on the lenses the glue would eat away at it. Well, I didn’t have any other option, I need to be able to see to drive and work. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment at this location and made one a lot sooner at another location.
Today I showed up for my 1:15 pm appointment and they were closed, doors locked. I understand that we had a blizzard warning did much of our area, but I didn't receive any communication staying that the location would be closing due to weather. I've received several text messages and emails over the past week reminding me of my appointment, so there is no justifiable reason for no contact. Absolutely unacceptable, and truthfully I haven't been impressed over the past few years. I'd rather pay more out-of-pocket than be meet with horrible service.
