My husband and I have been coming here for years, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Ayers truly makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. She is so down to earth and incredibly honest, which we value so much. She is also very accommodating and always strives to make sure her patients are happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend! Dr. Ayers is accommodating, compassionate, attentive, understanding, and so much more. She is truly an "old school" personality, as am I. Which is why I am so very grateful to her for her efforts. It is near impossible to find an individual such as her, especially considering her responsibilities being a business owner. I know this because I own a business just down the road from her, and the demands on an owners time are great. I find it near impossible these days to find anyone with my level of customer service/care, but Dr. Ayers is one of those people. I count myself very fortunate to have met her, as should all of her patients. Thank you doctor!
I've been a patient for over 5 years and can say that Dr Ayers and her staff consistently go above and beyond to provide amazing service. I appreciate her attention to detail and the education she provides during my exams. Dr Ayers and her staff member Scott went out of their way to assist me with redeeming a rebate after my most recent contacts purchase as well. I just can't say enough good things about this place.
Dr. Ayers has always gone above and beyond with her service. She is very personable and genuinely cares about her craft. She and her team always do everything to make sure their patients glasses are perfect for them. Not only that, but even when she’s clearly very busy with other patients and duties, Dr. Ayers makes a point to check in on patients while they pick out frames. Her suggestions and opinions have helped me choose almost every frame I’ve had. I guarantee you will not find better service than this :)
You can't ask for a better doctor. Desk staff are great. Very friendly, welcoming and kind. Dr. Ayers goes above and beyond the general eye exam. Way more than expected. Gives a great deal of security in knowing she is taking good care of my eyes
