Under one roof, you can get all required stuff for yourself. Clothes, medicines, toys, bakery it's, outdoor, grocery, electronics. Staff was friendly and had proper marked ayle. Ample of parking.

The staff or should I say one woman in particular was very rude and for no reason, I tried to finish up a return in person around 6:15 pm today or so and the woman in Customer service was very upset and asked me 'why did I choose to come in today of all days' to which i laughed because I thought I was some type of dry humor but no she doubled down and stated ' that me and everyone else shouldn't be here and that it makes it harder for her to not be at work today'. I work too, I understand wanting time off for relaxing or spending it with family but to take it out on a customer(s) who had nothing to do with you applying to Walmart or even fixing your schedule is insane and truthfully it made me feel attacked, I tried to apologize for her working on the holiday but then she just brushed me off, the most helpful people at the store is Luis a training coach and another associate named Scott, they both assisted me on how and where to go to file a formal complaint and with throughly apologized for something that wasn't there fault, Thank you to Luis and Scott your help was wonderful and appreciated greatly.

I've been doing pick-up orders from this store for the last month because I hate going into this store. 1. It's hard to even find a parking spot that doesn't have an abandoned cart in it. 2. Grab a cart when you get into the store, there's no wipes to clean the cart. Hasn't been for months... Not ideal when you have an infant w you. 3. The bathrooms are some of the worst I've seen in a Walmart. Plus, I've encountered employees using the family restroom & the handicap stall multiple times. 4. Stocking is an issue in this store. Things in the wrong place, wrong prices when you get to check-out. Items out of stock on the shelf, but plenty on the high shelf as overstock. Good lunch finding someone getting it down for you too. 5. I've waited 15+ minutes for someone to grab formula for me, then they act inconvenienced by it. 6. Most employees I've come across are extremely inconsiderate as well. Maybe lack self awareness? 7. The aisles themselves seem very narrow so if it's busy, you'll be weaving in & out of people trying to get to the items you're looking for. If they even have it. This was a very nice store before COVID. Unfortunately it no longer is. It seems like they hire anybody who walks in for an interview. Same store manager for years too, pretty shameful to see how much this Walmart has went downhill. From looking through the reviews, seems like it's been this way for awhile.

This is like the third time in a row i showed up. Really wasn’t anyone in the pickup area. I check in. Tons of people show up after me. I watch all of them get their stuff. Then more people show up. I watch them get their stuff. Then maybe before the next wave of people, i might get my stuff. It’d be nice if you did first come first serve. 30+minutes wait the last three trips here. Like why have reserved pickup times? Coming here is not enjoyable. Arrived 6:20. Its 6:50 and no sign of our stuff. Awesome. It’s like I’ve been singled out for the worst customer service. Next time I’m posting a full recording of what it’s like waiting here.
