Optometrist Inside Sam’s Club

My wife and i had a great experience at the Kenosha location. Dr Cheryl Jackson is very kind and professional, and we received the most comprehensive exams of our lives. A week later the glasses arrived and these are the best pair we've purchased in the past 20 years. Shout out to Berguetta! What a sweet, kind, smart, friendly associate. A great ambassador for Sam's Club optical! 10/10 would recommend!

My experience here has been phenomenal. I don't have insurance so I am self pay, the ladies up front were so great and made sure I had a clear total when I made the appointment so there wouldn't be surprises. The optometrist was very friendly and knew their skill set. My prescription was two years old and was extremely wrong, which explains why I wasn't seeing distance well before. Now it's perfect and I can see, usually a great quality in an eyedoctor. Their prices are phenomenal, my contacts cost around $20 less per box than they would anywhere else, and again, they're so friendly!

I was picking up glasses today. Got a text yesterday that they were ready. Called the phone main line twice and called optical once. Nobody picked up the phone, let it ring 3-4 minutes each call and still nobody picked up. The only people who picked up any of my phone calls in two years going here is the pharmacy. On top of that picking out glasses there is only one worker and had to wait 2+ hours behind 2 people. I figured I could pick up my glasses since nobody picked up the phone and google said optical center was open and would be for the next two hours. They also only have one worker in optical. They should also update their hours on google especially if they always close optical early since they only have one worker. *the only worker in optical is super nice and patient and I loved her*

The prices are great and service for my wife and I was outstanding, Nick the optical manager was very helpful and very knowledgeable and excellent at his job, Sam's is lucky to have a great employee

I ordered a tire 🛞 from them paid for it in advance, they said it will take five to six days to arrive, they said they would call me so I sit up an appointment to have the tire put on six days later witch is on a Friday. I called the day before Friday to make sure the tire was there. They said they couldn’t find my name or membership number, the tire was there but under a different name, I had all of my paperwork so I had to drive from Milwaukee to Kenosha to get this straightened out, so they were giving the tire I paid $302.77 to someone else if I had not came there. I came back the next day which was Friday they didn’t want to service me I had to wait even though I had my paperwork. They didn’t tell me about roadside service or if anything happen to the tire I can bring my car in for service. They did tell the person after me. I will never get my tires from that Sam’s Club again.
