Customer service is a nightmare. The only person working was extremely rude and acted like I was lying. Then made us wait an incredibly long time before finally replacing my son's frames, which were under warranty. She kept mumbling the whole time about maybe the frames not being in stock and acted like it was a hassle to do her job. Then she needed 20 minutes to put the lenses in the new frames. Meanwhile my autistic children were bouncing off the walls.

I took my husband up there after having problems with the Illinois store. They were very thorough. We got his glasses in less than a week.

Went in to make an appointment AFTER calling and speaking to the lady that was working and she failed to inform me over the phone that the Dr wasn't seeing any patients there. What a waste of time and gas to drive there.
