Vision Works is great and has an enormous amount of frames. Staff friendly. Miguel was so helpful and gave me choices of frames me. Right off the bat was friendly and knowledgeable. This is my 5th pair of glasses in past 15 years. Convenient location.
Polite service overall. I had Lasik eye surgery in 2020. Since then, have been behind a computer screen 9-12 hrs a day. With developing headaches and eye straining. Which led me back to Visionworks. Sad that i had to come back with failed eye surgery. But at least they have my history from previous. And insurance covered most of the cost. Just happy to know that my eyes are healthy overall.
This store will not tell you they are behind schedule until you've been a sitting for at least an hour past your appointment time! One girl is clearly miserable and the only positive is being able to schedule online. Definitely going to a different location in the future.
They say on the internet they close at 7 PM and stop answering their phone after 6:30 and it is almost impossible to get an appointment over the phone. I just got an email saying my WHOLE order is complete and when me and my boyfriend went to pick it up they said my glasses are not ready! Not organized at all. if my whole order is NOT ready do not email me so I go out of my way to go get them, then they aren’t there.
TERRIBlLE Experience ! Customer service was awful. The younger women with the glasses Curley gold hair working the front desk , did not seem interested to help us at all . Will not be coming back to this location. If I could give this zero stars , I would .
