It is disappointed! My two daughters were seen last year and this year I received a text for their annual appointments. I have a bad experience with virtual vision provider (incorrect vision prescription). I don’t like virtual vision appts and did not requested a virtual appts. Today, my two daughters had two appt at 5 pm and 5:20 pm. We got there on time…long story short…around 6:30 pm…A staff told me, one of my daughter “ just ” got to see a virtual doctor and my second daughter will need to reschedule it (virtual provided cannot be reach for her appt). The onsite provider recently left the location site and every appt is virtual I was told (no provider this location). Staff stated we will NOT be charge if we stop both appts now. We did and left Mayfair vision location. It is unprofessional that no one let us know there is no provider on site (only virtual provider). On top of that, it is inconvenient for parent to reschedule another appt when the staff cannot reach a virtual provider especially appt is made!

Everyone was super personable, professional and patient. They were knowledgeable and efficient and I loved that everyone smiled and they all made me feel like my eye care was as important to them as I know it is for me! I loved the many choices of styles of glasses to choose from. The entire store was very clean! I was totally blown away with the excellent and exceptional services provided by each person I saw during the entire process of my eye appointment at the Mayfair Visionworks location, including the welcoming Hello as I entered the store! Great Job Everyone! I will definitely recommend this location to my family and friends!

When It comes to exceptional Customer Care This Vision Works Stands Above All Others. The day before Easter My Glasses Broke and the store Manager Anton (A saving Angel) and extremely Intelligent and Kind Vision works Employee,Met Me on Easter and repaired My Glasses ,so I could Go to Church and Read scripture. When I returned to the Store In Mayfair. I Had the pleasure of Meeting Justin Whom aims to Please (Your Personal Eye Glasses Stylist) He Has Great Taste and Made Me feel Comfortable and Respected. Just a Talented Young Man whom Gives His all in Customer Care. Have you Ever Heard the saying " The Apple Doesn't Fall Far from the Tree?" So on My 2 Visit to the his Location I met (the District Manager) hamid whom Is an Amazing Example of Real Genuine Customer Service and care. So it No Wonder His Employees who I Had encounters with were So Fantastic in what they do. I Would Never Go anywhere else After Dealing with Vision works. ThankYou Vision works for Hiring These Great Folks whom Rep you Very , very well. Give them All Well deserved Raises And appreciate These fine Men and their Commitment to Excellence in Customer care.

Great selection of frames. Everyone was kind and professional. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because sales optician didn’t tell me all of the better quality lenses options I could have and just assumed I wanted plastic lenses. Also didn’t find out about different types of antiglare coating until it was my spouses turn to order glasses. We have no issue spending more than what our insurance covers for better quality lenses. Also one optician doing pre-exams took issue with my spouse having a preferred name and pronouns. Respect goes a long way even if you don’t agree or understand.

The team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided comprehensive assistance, guiding me through the selection process for optimal lenses and frames. Despite the virtual nature of the eye examination, the Optometrist effectively communicated the test results and the examination procedure with meticulous care and attention. I would definitely recommend Visionworks to others!
