I had such a wonderful experience at Visionworks, and I especially want to recognize Alison for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We unknowingly arrived about half an hour before closing, and Alison went above and beyond by staying past her regular work hours to take my measurements and help me with my glasses. Even though it was already late, she never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her. What impressed me even more was how knowledgeable she was about my insurance. She took the time to explain my benefits and helped me figure out how to maximize my coverage while choosing my frames. She also went out of her way to call me afterward and personally walk me through the pricing. Alison was extremely patient in explaining all the available add-ons and clearly breaking down the costs, making it easy for me to understand my options and make an informed decision. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at their job but also genuinely cares about helping customers. Alison truly went above and beyond, and her kindness and professionalism made the entire experience exceptional. Visionworks is very lucky to have her!
