I took my daughter here and had such a great experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made her feel so comfortable during her eye exam. When it came time to pick out glasses, the staff was very helpful and made the whole process quick and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I plan to bring the rest of my family as well. I highly recommend this place!
Ida Franklin inside the eye glass store is always so nice and helpful. She is fast and friendly with helping me find my glasses anytime I come in. I highly recommend this place. The eye doctor on the other side is also very educational and informative about my eyes.
I highly recommend Visionworks in Dearbrook Mall and Dr Baxter in the Optometrist office. She is so nice and knowledgeable of all your eye care needs. Visionworks has the best eye glass options and price ranges within your budget price. No insurance? No problem they are reasonable and will recommend a payment option for your glasses with Affirm.
This location was recommended to me because it was covered under my insurance I came in and spoke with Cristill and she was very friendly and attentive to the concerns I had about the costs and my budget. She was able to work with me once I found a frame that I liked with getting me into the best possible lenses that were covered under my insurance and fit within my budget. I was very happy and pleased with her customer service.
I have been coming to Visionworks for years, I love their new location, the eye doctor location is much larger and very comfortable and their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Simply walk next-door to choose your new set of frames and you are immediately greeted with smiles and eager associates Ready to help. I showed them a picture of something that I was interested and they quickly found multiple options for me and made great suggestions. I ended up ordering a pair of every day glasses and an awesome pair of sunglasses. They kept me well informed about my sunglasses, they were special order. I highly recommend them, I plan to return to upgrade a current pair of glasses with new lenses.
