The doctor was very nice and answered my questions. I have been coming to this location for years and they couldn’t find me in their system although they sent me several emails and reminders to schedule an appointment. When I was explaining to the “coordinator” Chris she insinuated I did something wrong, when in fact I completed every line. The ladies in the back were able to pull me up and see my prior information. Chris has horrible customer and rushed me out. I had put I was interested in both glasses and contacts and she rushed me through purchasing just contacts. I inquired about frames and she told me I would need to meet with someone else regarding that. I asked more questions about my coverage for frames and Austin who was standing behind chimed in and explained that process, which I understood. After Chris rang me out neither her or Austin offered an optician (or whatever it is called) to assist me with frames. So instead of spending money at a place I clearly am not wanted I just took the minimum that was covered under my insurance plan and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Great customer service from the moment I walked in. I was greeted, and directed where to go to begin. Completed paperwork and was called back in less than 5 minutes. Completed the prescreens and was seen by the doctor right away. The Doctor explained everything in Layman's terms. Frames are a bit expensive in comparison to other company’s. When I scheduled my exam, it would have been nice to know there were 2 different types of eye exams. Dilated (covered by insurance) and digital (not covered, out of pocket expense). Then I would have had time to make the choice and plan accordingly.

I arrived at the store around 6:20pm. Austin immediately acknowledged me, and asked how he could assist me. He listened to learn how he could help me. I explained I was there due my eye glasses were only five months old, this was the second time I had purchased the same frame, and the right lens had a about a (1cm) crack in it. The same had happened with the prior frame but opposite eye. Austin assisted me within his ability to do so. I have new eye glasses ordered, and I am thankful for my positive experience with Austin.

I had an emergency arise with my eye which has a corneal transplant. I tried to get into an eye doctor anywhere in town but was unable to. I walked into Visionworks and was able to be seen by Dr. Schroeder on a late Friday afternoon. I received excellent care. He prescribed meds that provided relief and healing, and coordinated an appointment with a corneal surgeon. When I saw the surgeon, the treatment Dr. Schroeder had prescribed had started to heal the lesion on my eye. His accessibility and professional knowledge were paramount in resolving my vision issue. I had to exchange a pair of sunglasses before the 100 day return expiration due to them not fitting well. Jacob was super patient and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He was the only sales person there at 10am and even with a few more people waiting to be helped, he took his time with me while also being efficient and not wasting time. Thank you!
