I had such a great experience at Vision Works! The sales associate, Shannon, was very good at her job! She made me feel comfortable and it was a very personal experience. She found me the perfect frames and was very informative about store promotions! I look forward to going back and picking up my glasses!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received today. While I cannot share names, I want to recognize the entire team for the outstanding experience they provided. Not only do they support young people entering the workforce, which is incredible in itself, but they also deliver exceptional service. The experience was fast, fun, engaging, educational, and professional from start to finish. I truly have nothing but positive things to say. I am a very picky customer, and five-star reviews do not come easily from me. I value excellent service and genuine customer care, and this team exceeded my expectations. If there is one thing I would love to see make a comeback, it is great customer service. Today’s experience reminded me that it still exists. Five stars from me. Highly recommended
These glasses cracked under some sort of stress from the manufacturer. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and these were in a hard case for a couple months. I took them out and this is what I found. The hard case was in a drawer and there was no chance of any impact where they were. I showed this to the front office staff at Visionworks Surprise and received curt and short responses. Basically, I was told "it sucks to be you" in not so many words. I will never go back, not because of the aweful quality of their product, but because of the lack of civility from the office staff. There is no reason to conduct business with disgusting people, when there are better options available. I only wish I could give them less than 1 star.
Brought my godson in for an appointment. Have been going to VisionWorks for many years for myself and family members, but usually at the Arrowhead Mall location. This was the first time at the Surprise store, and it was probably the best experience we’ve ever had! Seen on time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Doctor did a great job helping my boy pick out contacts. Also had a wonderful selection of glasses as always. Found a pair he loved, and there was NO wait to meet with staff to finalize the purchase. Quick and easy. Learned about transition lenses and decided to go with them for the first time. Very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish! Should have his Context and glasses in about a week.
Had a terrible experience here. Worst eye exam ever. Reading vision was never checked. Paid extra for retina screening but then results of imaging were never discussed during exam. Shown images with phoropter that were too blurry to even identify as letters. Just a large blob and asked which was better. I said they were both bad and neither was better than the other. I had no idea what I was looking at and asked what was I looking at. Never shown anything I could actually identify or compare to the previous slide. Then he spun the lenses and magically came up with lenses that were clear and just a bit off from my former prescription. Was told he couldn’t get me to anything better than 20:40 vision and I probably shouldn’t drive at night. Handed me a card for cataract surgery place and THEY called me the next day at 9:00 am. I called Visionworks back a few days later when I realized he hadn’t told me anything about the retinal screening. He said since I had cataracts he couldn’t see the back of my eye to assess any retinal or macular issues. It was so bizarre that I made an appointment elsewhere and had a normal exam with the normal comparison between slides. They were able to get my corrected vision to 20:25 +1. They were also able to check for macular degeneration by dilating my pupils. Do I have cataracts? Yes. Do I need immediate surgery , no. My night driving is fine. I will probably want the surgery in a year or two but I will not be back to Visionworks ever. Dorothy Mazur
