Great experience at Visionworks! Scheduling an appointment was easy, and completing the electronic questionnaires beforehand made my visit to the eye doctor much faster. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They also offer a wide selection of glasses with options for different budgets and brands. I will continue visiting this location because of their excellent service and outstanding work.

I’m very satisfied with my experience at Visionworks. The staff was friendly, kind, and professional, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. The doctor was very patient, attentive, and professional. Thank you for your help and wonderful service every step of the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time at vision works. Large selection of frames, all reasonably priced. They offer the standard high index lenses with various coatings, much like other glasses stores. The price points are similar. Unfortunately, if you have a large corrective index your lenses will be expensive. The staff of the store went above and beyond in helping me find a pair, and in keeping the store open ten minutes late when my transaction ran late. Great experience.
I loved coming here! Everyone was so nice, they explained everything so easily and patiently. Had a great experience and would recommend!
Worse than car salesman. One of the women was very rude when I walked in and speaking to me as if I were one of her children asking why I did not answer their calls like I HAVE to do that. Dr tries to push lasik on you since they have a partner company who does it, she asked me if I considered it before even checking my eyes. All they try to do is push upgrades on you so don’t let them talk fast and TRIPLE CHECK every “fee” before you pay. If I let the previously mentioned rude woman speed through my exam she would have charged me an unnecessary $35 for use of a machine not covered by my insurance. Poor selection of glasses anyway. But the glasses are filthy as they are not wiped down in between tries, I had to ask for wipes myself. I will not ever return. 0/10 recommend. Edit: after calling for almost 2 weeks after they said my trials went in, and no response. I went into the store today. The gentleman who is the GM of the store wouldn’t admit they never ordered my trial contacts. So he scrambled in the back only to hand me two different contact brands. “Acuvue Oasys” and “Acuvue Vita” and wanted to know how they worked out and to call to order more. What a joke. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Visionworks to get your dogs eyes checked. They want your money. They do not treat you like a patient whose eyes they care about.
