This optometry company is excellent! Their doctors are intelligent and they take their time to ensure you are getting the right prescription. Their staff aside from doctors, have always been very nice and friendly towards me. The place is always clean and sanitary. And typically I leave the building feeling satisfied with my new glasses or new contacts, (I wear both). They do a great job here overall.

This location for Vision Works was great! Everyone who worked there was very sweet and professional too. The eye doctor was extremely thorough and I felt very taken care of. This will be my new place for glasses and contacts!
VisionWorks in Fishers does an excellant job with my vision checks and glasses. Always very affordable too. I have used other locations as well with the same results. I HIGHLY recommend them for your eye care needs.
I went in to get contacts for my up coming wedding. I was told I had to take a class on how to put them in and take them out before they could give me the contacts because I had never had contacts before. I scheduled an appointment for the class which I went in for and was told after about ten minutes that the teacher wasn’t there that day and that I shouldn’t have been scheduled then. I asked to reschedule before I left that day and thought everything was fine until the day I thought I was rescheduled for approached and I had not received any appointment reminder emails or texts. I called to reschedule as it seemed the appointment I was told was made apparently wasn’t. I showed up for my appointment today and realized right before that I probably couldn’t do it with the long nails I had on from my wedding (which was a week ago because of all of these appointment issues). I was told that I couldn’t with my nails and then asked to reschedule and told I couldn’t because I had cancelled and no showed. Except I didn’t! I was scheduled at a time when the teacher wasn’t in and then told I was scheduled when I wasn’t actually scheduled. I didn’t even bother trying to explain the situation. The employees were frankly kind of rude about it and I already have my contacts prescription and didn’t pay for the actual contacts that came in yet so I decided it wasn’t worth it. I’ll just take my prescription elsewhere to be filled. Overall, great location to visit is you love wasting your time!
The staff and the doctor is always great. She took an extra step to order some trial lenses for contacts that I want to try and explained thoroughly what was going on with my eyes. The staff is always so nice to myself and my kids. I now do not go anywhere else for my appointments due to how wonderful the experience is, every time.
