I had an excellent experience at Visionworks! The doctor was amazing, highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The entire staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. A special thank you to Steven and Erica, who were incredibly helpful with selecting our glasses and explaining our insurance benefits. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. The level of customer service here is truly phenomenal. Everyone is friendly, professional, and dedicated to making sure customers have the best experience possible. I honestly can't think of anything they could improve. Visionworks is doing everything right. Highly recommend!

I had an eye appointment yesterday. I was seen right on time. The staff at this particular store were wonderful. The optician was very nice, friendly super friendly. The other staff were great. I would highly recommend this place.

The Optician is really kind and helpful. The other support staff, not so much. They’ve twice now claimed to have called me regarding updates to my insurance or orders and neither time was a call received. While I don’t like to judge those who work in customer service, as I do myself, the attitudes of the receptionists has been off putting to say the least.

Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Two months to get in then they have to rescheduled. Then they call you and put you on hold for 20 minutes the day before. Show up for the appointment and zero employees upfront. 5-10 minutes before a employee shows up.The place is understaffed/poorly staffed. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

Tanise was great as the prep associate and dr Avula was one of the best eye doctors. She examined my eyes for my yearly checkup through a telehealth appointment. This was my 1st telehealth appointment and with the team of Tanise and dr. Avula, I would do it again. They were both thorough and giving of their time. Dr. Avula took the extra time to look through my medical history and made an important observation and recommendation based on her findings. She answered additional questions fully and thoughtfully.
