I had such a great experience with Mary, Tena, and Erin! They were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and pleasant to be around. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and were so helpful with anything I needed. Their friendly attitudes and great customer service really stood out and made the entire experience even better. I truly appreciated how attentive and professional they were. Thank you, Mary, Tena, and Erin, for being so wonderful!

My wife and I went to the Mandarin location to get new glasses with our Doctor's prescriptions. From the minute we walked in we were so impressed with the facility but most importantly with Hope who was so much help with our order. She gave us all the time we needed to browse and then helped us through the process of getting our glasses. We never felt rushed... but rather felt like she would give us all the time we needed. We also felt like she had our best interest at heart during the process. This was truly the best experience we have ever had buying glasses! Thank you, Hope!

MONEY GRAB HEALTH SERVICE. The extra fees at Visionworks are beyond ridiculous. First, I was charged an additional fee simply for using a credit card to pay for my eye exam. Visionworks is a huge company, so charging patients extra just for using a credit card feels unnecessary and frustrating. Second, I was told there is a $50 charge for the Optomap, and it felt like patients using insurance are being pushed toward paying for this service. If you want traditional dilation instead, appointments are apparently only available on Thursday afternoons. Making dilation available during such a limited time makes it very inconvenient for patients and makes the $50 Optomap seem like the easier option. The technician explained that many patients prefer not to be dilated, but I feel this may also be related to productivity and scheduling since dilation can take more of the doctor’s time. Dilation is still an option, but limiting it to such a small appointment window makes it much less accessible. We already pay for vision insurance with the expectation that covered services will actually be reasonably available to us. Patients should not feel pressured to pay for an additional service simply because the covered alternative is intentionally difficult to schedule. I wish Visionworks would make dilation appointments more accessible and reconsider adding extra fees, including credit card fees. After paying for insurance, having additional unnecessary costs added on makes the entire experience even more frustrating.

The assistance and dedication of staff at this store is second to none. Staff associates Hope and Brittney over on the clinic side were of great help to me in arriving to a favorable decision in my eyewear for both activity and leisure. I purchased 2 pairs for daily wear, a pair of sunglasses and some work safe industrial glasses and I am excited still about my purchases
