Great experience ALL AROUND with the new telehealth version! The ENTIRE staff was knowledgeable, very kind, and accommodating. They explained everything honestly and thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend this location enough!
I went in with a pair of glasses I’d previously purchased, they were so uncomfortable. I was hoping to get some help or get a new pair if need be. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I was able to swap out my frames at no charge even though I was past the 100 day limit. I’m so grateful for this change. Thank you so much Mary and VisionWorks team!
We were wonderfully taken care of today. From Meagan's efficient pretest, to a thorough exam from the very personable Dr. Clements and wrapped up with Gwen's friendly assistance picking frames and lenses. My husband and I both picked glasses and sunglasses that we're excited to wear. Even on a busy Saturday we weren't rushed or hurried, and still made it through two exams and buying glasses in record time.
Same day appointment. I was in and out in literally an hour. The staff was friendly and bubbly. Very professional. Highly recommend.
DEANA was amazing from start to finish. She is the SOLE reason I purchased my glasses with you all. From the time she called me to confirm my eye exam to the time I was in the store getting it she was so amazing, personable, and pleasant. Energy I respect in a woman in sales. When I went back to actually try on frames a couple weeks after the exam I was so happy to see she was in the store. She was again so pleasant and helpful. She assisted me and other customers and never skipped a beat.
